For an electrical fault, tell us the model, the exact display message if any, and when the problem occurs. Keep those details together with your order information. We can then identify the appropriate next step for your bike.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery timing depends on the destination postcode. Eligible UK mainland and major Scottish city postcodes receive free delivery. Remote charges depend on the area and product quantity; one single bike or one 2-Pack counts as one delivery item. Accessories are charged at half the applicable bike-product rate. Jersey (JE) and Guernsey (GY) are excluded.

What is the return window?
For eligible non-quality returns within 30 days of delivery, the customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping. TXED does not provide a prepaid label or reimburse voluntary return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, TXED covers return shipping. Statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right, are unaffected. Read the Returns & Refunds policy before sending an item back.
How long is the warranty?
The frame and motor are covered for 2 years; the battery for 1 year; the controller, display and electrical components for 2 years on a pro-rata basis; and other listed parts for 7 months. Conditions and exclusions apply.
What makes a TXED e-bike EAPC compliant?
An EAPC uses a motor with a maximum continuous rated power of 250W and stops providing electrical assistance at 15.5 mph. Under current UK EAPC rules, a compliant cycle does not need a driving licence, vehicle tax, MOT or insurance.
How much assembly is required?
TXED e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. Final setup typically takes around 30 minutes using the included tools and instructions.
The handlebars are pre-fitted. Adjust their position and secure them using the supplied instructions before riding. Complete the remaining assembly and pre-ride checks.
