How long does delivery take?

UK Mainland: 3-6 business days. Scotland and Northern Ireland: 4-7 business days. All orders ship from our Birmingham warehouse.

Can I return my bike if I change my mind?

Yes. You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period plus our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details.

What is covered under warranty?

Frame: 2 years. Motor: 2 years. Battery: 1 year. Controller, display, and electrical components: 2 years prorated. Parts and components: 7 months.

Are TXED bikes road-legal in the UK?

Yes. All TXED bikes sold in the UK are EAPC-compliant (250W rated motor, pedal assist up to 15.5 mph). No licence, tax, MOT, or insurance is required.

How much assembly is needed?

Your bike arrives 85 percent assembled. Most customers complete final assembly in about 30 minutes using the included tool kit and instructions.
