We design and manufacture TXED bikes. Our aim is to make well-engineered electric bikes accessible, whether you are commuting, exploring the countryside or returning to cycling.
Over 30 years of bicycle manufacturing experience connects our design studio with the factory floor. Frame geometry, electrical integration and the details you use every day are developed together.
Engineering in-house
Our mechanical, electrical and industrial design teams develop frames, motor systems and component integration. Their work covers suspension geometry, battery management and motor control, using research, simulation and real-world testing alongside specialist components such as Shimano gearing.
Our engineering work has received multiple international design awards. With design and manufacturing in one integrated system, refinements move directly from development to production.
Checked before it leaves our factory
Every TXED bike passes through our 50-point inspection line. Quality checks begin with incoming materials and continue through assembly, finished-bike testing and packing.

Our ISO 9001:2015 quality-management processes are independently audited. Inspections are documented, deviations are tracked and resolved, and each bike ships with a quality record.
TXED in the UK
This UK store is operated by BTM INDUSTRIAL LIMITED. Our manufacturing facilities, processes and certification belong to our manufacturing business. UK orders and approved replacement parts are fulfilled from Birmingham through Top Cloud Logistics Ltd.
The UK range uses 250W continuous-rated motors, with pedal assistance cutting off at 15.5 mph. Frame and motor warranty cover lasts two years; battery cover lasts one year. Full eligibility, conditions and other component cover are set out in our warranty policy.
