Terms of Use

Welcome to TXED Bikes. By accessing or using our website txedbikes.co.uk (the Site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

TXED Bikes is a trading name. Our registered office is at No. 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our UK warehouse and returns address is Top Cloud Logistics Ltd (A1256), DC6 Prologis Park Midpoint, Midpoint Way, Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, B76 9EH. You can contact us at service@txedbikes.com.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, specifications, and images accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, or minor manufacturing variations. All product specifications are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

Images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We do not store your full payment card details.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel your order for this reason, we will issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to: stock unavailability, inability to obtain payment authorisation, pricing or product description errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we decline your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, adverse weather, customs clearance, or industrial action.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you when we receive full payment.

Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Your rights to return goods and cancel orders are set out in our Return Policy. These Terms should be read together with that policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by the warranty set out in our Warranty Policy. The warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to: text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of TXED Bikes or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. The TXED logo and name are trademarks of TXED Bikes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase of products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

11. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, government action, transport disruption, or industrial action.
