1. Design around the ride

2. Assemble and align the bicycle
We build and check the wheels, fit the components and align the bicycle as a complete system. Our factory uses specialist equipment for wheel assembly, stress relief and alignment correction.
Repeatable assembly procedures help us control variation between bikes. The work is checked as it moves through the line, before the finished bicycle reaches final inspection.
3. Test the electrical system
An e-bike combines bicycle components with an electrical assistance system. Our inspection line includes simulated vibration and mechanical performance checks, followed by electrical checks of power and speed behaviour.
These checks help identify issues while the bike is operating as a moving, electrically assisted system. The exact checks can vary by product and production run.

4. Check quality at several stages
Our quality process covers materials, production, the finished bike and the final outgoing check. Each stage has a different job.
