Trail questions, answered
Trail has a 250W continuous-rated motor, with pedal assistance cutting off at 15.5 mph. These match the UK EAPC power and assistance limits. Riders must be 14 or over for public-road use.
Up to 31 miles with pedal assistance. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain, weather and the assistance level used.
Yes. The 36V 13Ah battery is removable for charging indoors. A full charge takes approximately 5–6 hours with the supplied charger.
Trail weighs approximately 24 kg (52.9 lb). For storage or transport, check the route and arrange help if you need to lift the bike.
Trail has an adjustable saddle, with a listed seat-to-ground height of 32.28–39.37 inches and a standover height of 26.77 inches. Check the geometry and your fit.
Your bike arrives approximately 85% assembled, with tools and instructions for final setup. Complete the remaining assembly and pre-ride checks using the supplied guide.
We dispatch from Birmingham. Order processing takes 1–2 business days; estimated delivery is 3–9 business days in total, depending on your postcode. We email tracking after dispatch.

The maximum rider weight is 100 kg. The maximum payload is 180 kg for the rider and carried load combined, excluding the weight of the bike itself.
