This warehouse is used by our UK logistics provider for electric-bike fulfilment, dispatch and returns. Customer collection is not available. Pet Carrier Boxes are dispatched directly from China, with estimated delivery of 11–22 business days (1–2 business days processing plus 10–20 business days in transit). Bikes and pet carriers may arrive separately. It is separate from the registered offices of BTM INDUSTRIAL LIMITED and Qingdao Taikesite International Trade Co., Ltd. Contact us before returning an item for return instructions. For eligible non-quality returns within 30 days of delivery, the customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping. TXED does not provide a prepaid label or reimburse voluntary return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, TXED covers return shipping. Statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right, are unaffected. See our Returns & Refunds policy. An RMA reference helps us identify a return but is not a condition of statutory cancellation rights.
VAT and invoices
Qingdao Taikesite International Trade Co., Ltd. issues customer sales invoices and handles the VAT reporting for these sales under our supply arrangement. Its UK VAT registration number is GB 506 6232 12. The VAT certificate name is Qingdaotaikesiteguojimaoyiyouxiangongsi.
