UK Delivery
TXED provides free delivery to all UK addresses, including:

All TXED electric bikes are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre in Birmingham (B76 9EH).
There are no additional shipping charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
Delivery Times
Once your order is confirmed and processed:

DPD – Primary carrier for UK Mainland deliveries, providing full tracking and 1-hour delivery window notifications.

DHL Parcel UK – Used for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote postcode areas.

Parcelforce Worldwide – Used for Channel Islands and Isle of Man deliveries.
All shipments are fully tracked.
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your TXED bike arrives in one large box and is approximately 85% pre-assembled.

Full assembly instructions and a QR code link to our video guide are included in every box.

Once your bike ships, we will email you:

DPD deliveries include a 1-hour delivery window notification on the morning of delivery.
You can reschedule delivery, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or collect from a pickup shop through the DPD app.

Missing or Delayed Delivery
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at:

Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:

Sign as "Damaged" or "Unchecked"

Take clear photos of the damaged box before opening

Open and inspect the bike

Take photos of any damage

Email photos to service@txedbikes.com within 48 hours
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost for confirmed transit damage.
VAT and Import Duties
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (20%).
There are no additional taxes, import duties, or delivery charges for UK customers.
