What motor and assisted-speed limit do your electric bikes use?

Every electric bike currently listed on this UK store uses a 250W continuous-rated pedal-assist motor. Motor assistance cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h), in line with UK EAPC requirements.

What range and battery are currently available?

Maverick is currently listed with one removable 48V 15Ah battery per bike and an assisted range of up to 50 miles. Trail is currently listed with one removable 36V 13Ah battery per bike and an assisted range of up to 50 km. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, weather, tyre pressure and assistance level. The two-bike bundles contain two bikes with one battery per bike at the corresponding model specification.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is free to eligible UK mainland and major Scottish city postcodes. Remote mainland and Highlands cost £99 per bike product, Northern Ireland (BT) and the Isle of Man (IM) £149, and remote islands £199. Each accessory costs half the bike-product rate. Charges are multiplied by the quantity ordered; one 2-Pack counts as one delivery item and contains two bikes. Mixed baskets add the applicable item charges. Jersey (JE) and Guernsey (GY) are excluded.

Where are orders fulfilled?

UK orders are fulfilled from Birmingham through our UK fulfilment partner, Top Cloud Logistics Ltd, using DPD, DHL Parcel UK or Parcelforce Worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

• Eligible UK mainland postcodes: 3-6 business days total.
• Major Scottish city postcodes and Northern Ireland (BT): 4-7 business days total.
• Isle of Man (IM) and remote postcodes: 5-8 business days total.
• Scottish islands and Isles of Scilly: 5-9 business days total.

Returns and refunds

Are returns free?

For eligible non-quality returns within 30 days of delivery, the customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping. TXED does not provide a prepaid label or reimburse voluntary return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, TXED covers return shipping. Statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right, are unaffected. See Returns & Refunds.

When will I receive a refund?

After the return is received and checked, we process the refund to the original payment method within 15 calendar days. If UK law requires an earlier refund, the statutory deadline applies. Bank processing times may vary.

Warranty

Frame and 250W motor: 2 years. Controller, display and electrical components: 2 years on a pro-rata basis. Battery: 1 year. Charger: 2 years. General parts: 7 months. See the Warranty Policy for eligibility, exclusions and claim instructions.
