Eligible UK mainland and major Scottish city postcodes receive free delivery. In chargeable areas, each bike product costs £99 for remote mainland and Highlands, £149 for Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, or £199 for remote islands. Each accessory is charged at half the applicable bike-product rate.

Charges are multiplied by the quantity ordered. One 2-Pack counts as one delivery item and contains two bikes. Mixed baskets add the applicable item charges. If the calculated delivery total exceeds £299, contact us before ordering to arrange delivery. Jersey (JE) and Guernsey (GY) are excluded.

Dispatch is from our Birmingham fulfilment centre via DPD, DHL Parcel UK or Parcelforce Worldwide. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Delivery rates, postcode coverage and timings

For non-quality voluntary returns, the customer arranges and pays tracked return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, TXED covers return shipping.

Your bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. On each bike, the handlebars are pre-fitted. Adjust their position and secure them using the supplied instructions before riding. Complete the remaining assembly and pre-ride checks.
