ESKUTE M100+ vs TXED Trail
The ESKUTE M100+ and TXED Trail both list 27.5-inch wheels, a nominal 468Wh battery and mechanical disc brakes. The M100+ has the lower listed price; the Trail specifies wider tyres. Those are useful differences to investigate before deciding whether either bike suits your route.
This is a TXED-edited comparison of public UK specifications checked on 14 September 2026. We manufacture and sell the Trail. We have not ridden the two bikes in a controlled comparison or measured a performance winner.

What the £190 listed-price difference means
At these listed prices, the M100+ costs £190 less. It provides the same nominal battery energy in this comparison. A larger budget does not automatically buy more Wh, and we have no measured range evidence showing that the Trail travels farther.
Set out the equipment and support you want, then ask each seller the same questions. The price difference can be weighed against confirmed fit, included items, servicing arrangements and the ownership routine that works for you.
Tyre width is a specification, not a complete ride result
The Trail lists a 2.3-inch tyre width against 1.95 inches on the M100+. Compare the actual tyres, permitted pressures and the surfaces you intend to use. Width alone does not establish which bike is more comfortable, safer or faster.
Both have a front-suspension layout. If your intended route calls for a full-suspension bike or a particular technical-trail rating, investigate the appropriate complete models and manufacturer use categories rather than inferring suitability from a mountain-bike shape.
Fit, handling and support can settle the choice
The Trail has a published 24kg bike weight. Check the equivalent complete-bike weight for the M100+ if lifting or car transport is part of your routine; we have not inserted an unconfirmed weight to fill the table. Use complete dimensions for each storage route and try the controls and riding position where possible.
For both sellers, read weather and care instructions, warranty conditions and the procedure for getting a part or setup question answered. The Trail's 100kg rider limit and separate 180kg total-load limit have different scopes; neither establishes a rack allowance.
Keep the M100+ on the shortlist if the lower purchase price is decisive. Investigate the Trail when its dimensions, tyre format and support arrangement fit your plan. For TXED-specific questions, contact Support with your route, rider and storage requirements.
